CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your JurisNote subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• Access Continues: You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing cycle.
• No Further Charges: You will not be charged again unless you restart your subscription.
• Data Retention: Your data will be preserved in accordance with our Privacy Policy, should you choose to return later.

REFUND POLICY

JurisNote strives to ensure customer satisfaction. Our refund policy is as follows:

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. If you cancel a monthly plan, you will continue to have access for the remainder of the month you have already paid for, but no cash refund will be issued.

Annual & Quarterly Subscriptions

For longer-term commitments (Quarterly or Annual), we offer a prorated refund if you cancel mid-cycle.

• Prorated Refund: We will calculate the unused portion of your subscription term and refund that amount to your original payment method.
• Calculation: The refund amount is based on the number of full days remaining in your subscription period.
• Processing Time: Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of:

• Violation of our Terms of Service.
• Fraudulent activity or abuse of the platform.
• Repeated refund requests from the same user.
