Student Wellness

Law school is demanding, and the platform you study on should make room for that. The wellness page gives you a quiet place to check in with yourself, take real breaks, and find support — kept private to your account.

Private 1–5 mood and stress check-ins, with a history only you can see

A built-in study break timer you set and start in one tap

Support resources for when law school starts to feel like too much

1

A Quick, Private Check-In

Rate how you're feeling on a simple 1–5 mood scale, add an optional 1–5 stress level, and jot a short note if you want to. It takes seconds.

Your recent check-ins are saved to a private history — a running record of how you've been doing that only you can see. Over a semester it becomes an honest read on your own patterns.

2

Take a Real Break

The built-in break timer lets you step away with intention instead of doom-scrolling. Pick a length — 5, 10, 15, or 20 minutes — start it, and get a gentle reminder when it's time to come back.

Your preferred break length is remembered across sessions, so it's ready the next time you need to reset.

3

Finding Support

When studying tips into something heavier, the wellness page points you toward real help. Choose your country to see verified crisis and support lines — ready to call, text, or open — including bar-association Lawyer Assistance Programs that also support students, with worldwide directories as a fallback anywhere they're not listed.

You can also save a few trusted contacts so reaching out is one tap away, and if your school has linked its own counseling resources, those appear here too. If you're ever in immediate danger, the emergency number for your country is always shown first.

4

A Nudge When You're Pushing Too Hard

Law school makes it easy to slip from focused into frantic. When JurisNote notices a very late study session, it surfaces a gentle nudge suggesting you ease off and take a real break. It's a suggestion, never a lock-out, and it's there precisely for the nights you'd otherwise push straight through until the early hours.

Everything on the wellness page is private to your account and available on every plan, free — your mood history, your break preferences, and your saved contacts are yours alone, never shared with classmates or your school and never gated behind a subscription.
