4. Consent to jurisdiction of federal court in Georgia.
5. Your physical or digital signature.

4. Repeat Infringers

JurisNote may terminate user accounts that repeatedly infringe copyrights.

5. Removal of Content

Upon receiving a valid DMCA Notice, JurisNote may remove or disable access to the content.
